[xmlroff] Cairo text size fixed

I indulged in a little RTFM of the Pango documentation and added call of
pango_cairo_font_map_set_resolution() that fixed the problem.

There's still slight differences in the output from the two backends, but
nothing as dramatic as having text 1/3 too large.
