[xmlroff] SVG [Was: hello, mathml]

The good news is that enabling SVG output was about seven lines of co=
de.

The bad news is that the output is unreadable in FireFox 1.5.

The output from my test (and, it would work, the first public viewing=
 for
the xmlroff manpage by Oliver Kiddle) is attached to

xmllint says it's wellformed, but that's not much consolation.

The other bad news that isn't news is that text in the Cairo output (=
in the
formats that I can view) is still too large.
