[xmlroff] infinite loop

I don't claim to be any less tired, but I am tried to make this post
more intelligent than my last. :-)

I build today's CVS to try out the external-graphic support. I have a
simple "hello, world" xhtml page that I transformed into xsl-fo using
the xhtml2fo.xsl from http://www.antennahouse.com. 

I understand there will be lots of warnings and errors about unsupported
properties and such, but in this case, xmlroff goes into an infinite
loop on the attached fo file. The last two lines in the attached log
repeat for as long as I let the program run.

I am going to craft an xml-fo "by hand" and see if I can produce a more
realistic test, but I figured you would want to know about this.
