[xmlroff] fo:external-graphic

I've done half the work to get fo:external-graphic working with the
GNOME Print backend, but I don't know how to proceed for the other
half.

The callback for the external graphic is being called okay, but I
don't know what library, let alone what library functions, to use to
get from the string for a filename to the rgba array needed by
libgnomeprint.

Any suggestions?
