[xmlroff] Off to Australia

FYI, I leave on Monday for about four weeks of interspersed vacation
and work in Australia and Hong Kong.

I do expect that the next xmlroff (and PangoXSL) release will still be
released on time, i.e., "on or about the first of the month".

The next xmlroff release which will contain several improvements,
including some from Julian Rosse, as well as build fixes from Tim
Waugh.
