[xmlroff] help offer

Hi,
  I'd like to offer coding (and possibly other) help.  I have only started to
read about the relevant GNOME libraries and have a pretty rudimentary
understanding of XSL(-FO), but would like to learn both well.  I have XML/XSLT
and C experience.  Thanks,
