[xmlroff] Blogging on xmlroff

Since Sun has recently developed a fascination for blogging, I blogged
two paragraphs on xmlroff [1].

The xmlroff project's page views increased after that [2], but since
they were already rising, I don't know how much to attribute to the
influence of the blog entry.

Either way, there hasn't been an increase in downloads, which is what
we'd really want.
