[xmlroff] libfo-CRITICAL

Hi all,

try to process the attached .fo file:

xmlroff csharp-coding-guidelines-0.9.fo
  http://www.agamura.com/quxo/stylesheets/current/fo/quxo.xsl
  -o csharp-coding-guidelines-0.9.pdf

... you'll get lots of error messages like this:
(process:5409): libfo-CRITICAL **: file fo-area.c: line 1879
  (fo_area_size_request_default): assertion `FO_IS_AREA_AREA
  (fo_area_parent (child))' failed

Any idea?
