[xmlroff] Introduction

Hello all, I am new to the list so I would like to introduce myself.

My name is Fabio Arciniegas, I work with UBL and am ready  to 
contribute to the xmlroff in any capacity (C, xslt) that advances it 
as a free platform for the transformation to PDF of UBL documents.
