[xmlroff] xmlroff website help wanted

Someone yesterday posted on the libxslt list that xmlroff was dead
because the xmlroff website at http://www.xmlroff.org/ hadn't been
updated since last year.

I updated the website.

Is there anyone who is even vaguely familiar with the DocBook website
XML who has the spare time to keep the xmlroff website up to date when
a new release comes out, etc.?
