Presumably this is because I install PangoPDF from the development
directory and built libgnomeprint from its tar file, not from any RPM.

I will change to a different Linux partition and build the packages
from their RPMs.

BTW, the PangoPDF SRPM is now available on SourceForge.  Thanks, Tim,
for helping me get this far, and for making the SRPMs available on
your site up until now.
