Correction Re: [xmlroff] xmlroff cited as fastest XSL formatter

David Tolpin has corrected my assumption that he was still a RenderX
developer:

| dispute with Kobayashi if I was.  I like the idea of a free XSL FO

| concerns, it is an engineer's point of view, not a competitive rant.

I apologise to David for my misunderstanding and for any further
misunderstandings that that caused.
