[xmlroff] libfo-examples-0.2.3 released

The new 'libfo-examples' package includes examples of using the libfo
library from the 'Sun xmlroff XSL Formatter' project.

See http://xmlroff.sourceforge.net/.

xmlroff-basic demonstrates the 'basic' interface to libfo.

xmlroff-init2 demonstrates using the 'basic' interface with your own
memory allocation functions.

xmlroff-libfo is currently uncompilable since it depends of headers
that currently are not installed.
