#32 configurable skill separator for FO/PDF output and (R) entit

Configurable skill.separator parameter in params.xsl
doesn't work for PDF (via FO) output. The patch
attached fixes the bug. I've also added an entity
( (R) sign ) to iso-latin1.ent . I've worked on latest
SVN revision (591) but maybe you can apply this patch
to stable realese too..
