#88 degree/annotations

Annotations in a degree are just run together with the
other elements. They should be put in a list (ul for
html?). Look at my (soon-to-be-replaced) resume at
http://home.olemiss.edu/~jhknight/resume.html to see an
example. I think the doctype has annotation?, should
probably be annotation*, as most people have many.
