in the pdf output, the last modified info may be better
being part of the footer.
if not, i'd suggest it be in smaller font than the resume
body and further away from the resume body.
i do prefer it to be part of the footer, though. because:
* then it won't need its own space.
* it may be better for it to be on every page.
For an example of how the last modified in the PDF is
not separated enough from the text see:

I've fixed the size and spacing problem.
The last modified date will now be in 8pt font, with a full
paragraph break above it. (to appear in the next release)
However, I'm not totally sure the date should be in the
footer. What do you mean when you say that "it won't need
its own space"?

By "it won't need its own space", here is what I mean:
If I want to keep my resume restricted to one-page only PDF,
the "last modified" could often be the only thing extending
into the second page.
By having it as a part of the footer, it would eliminate one item
that might push the PDF page beyond the desired number of
pages.
Also, from a content and meta-data viewpoint, this is more
suitable as "footer information" as it isn't part of the resume
content. It is meta-data about the resume, like the other data
in the footer (e.g. page number). The rest of the resume is
about the person.
It may also be useful to know how old the resume is by just
looking at any page.
what do you think?
