#62 <academics> should be <education>

The <academics> element should really be titled
<education> because its contents are being expanded.

<academics> used to contain only information on
academic degrees. However, support for conferences
attended and certifications awarded will probably be
added in the future. These new elements are certainly
educational, but not "academic", at least in the sense
of "school-related".

I've changed the academics.word parameter to "Education". It
should show up in 1.4.0.
