#187 Smart tags

In MS word or Open Office/Libre Office the ability to Smart Tag items as most resumes are in PDF or Word or Etc....
often import software may miss items on resume, however to become more widely accepted
Resume XML smart tags would make it easier and more open source to importing resumes without getting chewed up. as well the HTML5 Preview would render more as Expected , and
Headers and footers could be not as displayed.

By Editing in word as normal , but being able to tag items IE education and relevant things extraction of information and formatting could be both achieved more universally.

As well as wordXML to html5 with XML transforms. and likewise to open-office targets.
