#169 element for multiple work periods

I'd like you to change the DTD so that a <job> element
can contain multiple <period> elements

Multiple periods should occur sequentially in the same
place within the <job> element that <period> does now.

Additional periods should be formatted on subsequent
lines after the first period.

From August, 2001,
To December 2002.

From July 2003,
To present.

This would help those of us who have left jobs and
returned to them later. For example, a student might
leave a job at a university for a co-op or internship,
and then returned to that job after they completed the
co-op or internship. By allowing multiple period
elements, the student could avoid listing the
university job twice.
