#137 Volunteer experience?

I would like an additional top level section "Volunteer
Experience". Perhaps the easiest way to implement this
would be to extend
<history>
to take optional attrs, ie:
<history type="Volunteer">
</history>
<history type="Something We Cant Think Of Today">
</history>

outputing something like:

Volunteer History
---------------------------------------------------------------

Something We Cant Think Of Today History
-----------------------------------------------------------------
