#136 Summary or Strengths elements

A useful addition to the elements in the XML resume
library would be elements for Summary or Strengths.

The Summary would list one or more of the writer's
qualifications for a particular position. Perhaps like this:

<summary>
<para>Seven years of experience doing stuff</para>
<para>Knowledge of lots of job-related stuff</para>
<para>Highly-developed problem solving and cupcake
baking skills</para>
<para>Wonderful human being with a fantastic sense of
humour</para>
</summary>

Of course, the <para> tags could be replaced by tags for
bullets.

The Strengths section would act the same way. In fact,
they could be interchangeable by using markup like
<summary title="Summary"> or <summary
title="Strengths">.
