#125 Docs: Example of XLS parameter assignments needed

None of the XLS parameters listed in the "XSL
Parameter Reference" in
the User Guide, have an example of *how* to set
the parameter. They
do an excellent job of showing the effect of the
parameters.

For example, the skills.format reference in
../user-guide/param.skills.format.html shows an
example skillset, and
then the two possible renderings of bullet vs
comma format. It
doesn't show how to specify bullet or comma
format.
