#117 Certifications?

I'll leave the implimentation up to you (I figure it
would be very simliar to how degrees are displayed),
but I'd like to be able to specify certifications.

I can think of two types of certifications but I'm not
sure how the XML would change for them.

1) Single course certifications (RHCE, MSCE, CCNE, A+)
where you basically take a class (optional I guess) and
then take a test for the certification.

2) Certifications issued by an insitution (University)
based on a selection of classes. For example, the
University of Mayrland University College offers a
Unix Systems Administration certificate that you can
obtain after taking 4 specific classes.
