I realize that in this economy, when one is submitting resumes, one needs to be able to submit a resume that shows transferable skills, but be selective enough to provide flexibility. For instance, I have been a Unix Systems Administrator forever and a day. Of course, if I decided to submit for a manager position, I don't need to display all the various flavors of Unix that I have used, but something that highlights my role in a managerial position.
This why I have decided to keep plugging at XML Resume Library because of the tagging ability. My question is, can I get creative in how I display the job description as easily as I can do for skills.
For instance, I might have a job as a Unix Systems Administrator that looks like this:
Callis & Associates Los Angeles, CA Apr 2001 - Mar 2004
Contract Systems Adminstrator
- Fixed all sorts of crap and made light blink
- Bastard Operator for Hell support
- Managed the gerbils and monkeys that ran on the treadmill that powered the system
What I would like to do is create a job description that would highlight only the management segments of my jobs, leaving out all of the technical stuff that is really immaterial. So could I actually setup job descriptions like I would for skills that will craft a resume for specific to the job I am applying for?

I usually use <para target="mgmt">something</para> and target="technical" to differentiate portions of the description intended for specific audiences.
