When i try to open example2 in a browser im getting the error - <resume id="x9281cp35">. Why does this tag not process correctly it is also the same with example1!!!

You're not supposed to open XML files in a web browser.

Example 1 and Example 2 are not the same. Example 2 has the ID attribute on its <resume> tag; Example 1 does not.
