Like others here I have my own resume xml schema. I guess this project's goal is to create a standard resume xml schema. How to get to a standard resume xml schema I am not sure. I plan to add your format to my resume application and have an xslt xml2xml translation an have it as a 'save as' type. I see many people having different ideas. It seems that we should all to are own way and have transforms to a standard resume xml schema/dtd. The good ideas could fall into the standard schema.
