#8 Maven plugin explanation

Now that XRN is integrated to Maven, this would be
great if we can take benefit of some explanation how on
to use it.

This would be integrated into the XRN Guide, and on the
XRN web site.

Choose a format that can easily be integrated into the
exisiting documentation, even if the current format is
not the ideal one (we need to think about using another
format like xdoc, for instance).

However, a page that explains ot the beginner
everything about how to use the Maven plug-in would
be great.
