[Xmlpp-common] sf.net page and lgpl

you've got LGPL on your SF.net webpage.  but hyour COPYING file in the 
recent xmlpp-gnu cvs says that it is GPL.

Are you maintaining two versions, one that is LGPL, and the other that is 
GPL?
