[XMLPipeDB-developer] No Use of the Capitalized Versions

Hi Dr. Dionisio,

I have been poking around on GeneDB and on Ensembl Protists, and I cannot
find any use of the LMJF version anywhere. I don't know if I should be
looking anywhere else or in other databases, but judging that we have been
using GeneDB and Ensembl Protists as our master reference databases, I
think that there isn't really any importance to the capitalized version.
