GenMAPP Builder 2.0 Beta 53 has been released.  This release of GenMAPP Builder implements some Tally Engine customizations for M. tuberculosis, including removal of ORF tallies and filtering of database tallies to IDs beginning with Rv only.  The XML tally function does not currently support selective text filtering, so is currently not included yet.  Thus, the XML tally function still reports all "ordered locus" IDs for M. tuberculosis, and not just those beginning with Rv.

(the Tally Engine can be extended to do selective text filtering for XML files, but this requires changes in the XMLPipeDB Utilities library and not just GenMAPP Builder; I decided to release the database fix for now while the deeper Tally Engine change is still in progress)
