Hi, I've tested gmb2b51 on Windows 7 and here is what I found: 1. Program launched OK from the gmbuilder.bat. The first error window that reports that the data configuration was not found was too small to contain the entire error message--not sure what controls that, it's a cosmetic thing. 2. Imports of UniProt XML, GO XML, GO processing and GOA import all seemed to be OK. 3. I encountered an issue when I tried to export a gdb. Screenshot attached. What appeared to me is that it only showed the UniProt, OrderedLocusNames, and GO tables as ones that could be exported, I tried to decipher the console window, and it looks like it had trouble connecting to the database at this point. 4. The gmbuilder-32bit.bat file did not open the program at all. Cheers, Kam At 05:59 PM 9/12/2010, John David N.
