Hi, In my past experience, it does not matter which name is chosen in the GUI wizard, the program does what it does anyway (that's one of the issues with the GUI, that drop down menu for species doesn't seem to matter). I can confirm this, but since the export takes so long, I don't want to start it this morning while my students need the computer. I can start it later, but we won't know the answer until tomorrow. At some point in the near future, I hope we can dump the OrderedLocusNames set of tables since we don't need them and creating them is probably adding a lot of time to the export.
