[XMLPipeDB-developer] species profile and TallyEngine

Hi,

Just wanted to log that the TallyEngine does not calculate the counts for 
OrderedLocusNames if there is no species profile for that particular 
species, so this will be something that the coders have to do for their 
species profile.
