Hi,

The export finished and looks good.  I'll file a complete report on the 
SourceForge wiki.  There are differences between this gdb and our release 
version, but in a good way--we increased in our counts of genes.

One thing we could consider the students doing tomorrow is to run 
MAPPFinder twice, once with each version of the database.
