Hi, Sorry, here is the log. For this build, it's not just the GOA, there were no relationship tables built between, for example, UniProt-RefSeq, either. I really thought that it was the GOA format. For good measure, maybe copy/paste a few lines from the actual GOA file you're using as well, in case the issue still lies there.
