Launch "winloop" (\winloop_0_1\test.cmd)
Open classbox "USER.A2" (doubleclick on "A2")
Choose Tab "Design"
Choose View mode "Action" (Radiobutton "View/Action" )
Add Step "2" (rightclick on combobox "step", and
choose "Add" on popup menu, then enter "2" and "ok")
BUG : the combobox "step" show this new step "2", but
de classbox drawing are still in Step (we can still
see the action "LOOPCOUNT=1" of step "1")
