Hi Peter,

on the DOCTYPE - it is possible to do so right now: look at the "_parseDTD" method in "xmlsax.js" file. 

On the developing - I'm currently supporting the XMLfor SCRIPT, and (desperatelly) trying to wake from the family and work circumstances to release a new version.
