Hi Andrei!

I've updated libtools from debian testing, now it should work for debian
and ubuntu. Please checkout from cvs and run the autogen.sh script. For
that you should have autconf and libtools installed (I think, you have
already).

There are issues with xmlio/include/xmlio/XMLIO_ArrayElement.h:

error: there are no arguments to ‘begin’ that depend on a template
parameter, so a declaration of ‘begin’ must be available
and many more very similar messages.

Unfortunately, I am no longer a C++ guru ... I have to think about that
a bit longer. Do you have a solution at hand?
