Project Description:
Xml Factory is an XML marshalling tool, that provides fine-grained control of XML document creation, using a simple API
with emphasis on speed and ease of use.  Moreover, this project is meant to be a "bolt-on" component, meaning I don't want 
the users of the API to have to "muddy" their serializable objects with lots of configuration whether it be an xml
config or annotations.
