[xmlenc-devel] Method naming

Proposal:
* Rename stag(String) to startTag(String)
* Rename etag(String) to endTag(String)

In the past a goal was to keep the naming as close as possible to the XML 
specification. However, at this time I believe it should be close to XML, 
but closer to Java naming conventions.

If we would let method names be as close as possible to the XML Spec, then 
the whitespace(String) method should be renamed to s(String) and that is 
IMO not acceptable.

This has been implemented in CVS HEAD. It will be introduced in xmlenc 0.19.
