Yup, but I suspect you'll want merge (CVS doesn't work at my work place)
the patch for XMLCBuilder.java the CVS and then pack it up 
however you did for 0.0.4 for that...  I'm guessing you have an Ant
build target for that somewhere?? 

I can wait till that's done and repack that if you prefer... 
end result code should be the same I would guess.
