Finally! I got my code working again, and I've committed them.  Two new 
features:

1) You can now specify "Implements" in the properties (should be fully 
qualified class name), or leave it blank.
2) You can now have different properties on differnt folders underneath 
an Xmlc source folder.

Garth - I took a look at your patches, and it would be a WHOLE lot 
easier if they were submitted as actualy "patch" files.

I'll probably build a new release either Sunday or Monday.

The next "big feature" I'll look into will be proper error 
handling/reporting.
