[XmlcEclipse-development] Re: How do I use XMLCeclipse?

OK  Please join the xmlceclipse-development.  Let's see if we can crank 
this project back up.  I'll try and see if I can make the latest work 
(build) in at least one environment, and if I can, I'll build and 
release 0.0.2.

I know about Barracuda, but I've never even downloaded it.
