#16 Support Proxy exclusion list

The proxy support does not include a check onto the system->internet settings->proxy->exclusion list or the internet settings->bypass on local addresses.

Either of these would be useful to allow us to run xmla connect in a corporate environment where the proxy is used with AD authentication (which is not currently supported by xmla connect). In this case we could adjust either of the options above for our local olap server. Then when xml connect checks proxy settings it could determine NOT to use proxy server for the connection even though the default is to use proxy.
