#14 Installer doesn't recognise when software is already installed (doesn't offer to uninstall)

If you install the software (via the setup exe file), running the installer a second time prompts you to install the software again. It should either offer an uninstall option, or give a message stating it's already installed and then stop.

Note it uninstalls fine via Windows "Programs and Features".

Low priority, but thought you'd want to know.
