A laser stripper uses high-intensity laser beams to remove coatings, paint, rust, and contaminants from various surfaces with exceptional precision. Unlike traditional chemical or abrasive methods, laser stripping is contactless, eco-friendly, and reduces the risk of damaging the base material.
Industries such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and restoration are increasingly adopting laser strippers due to their ability to work on complex geometries, provide consistent results, and significantly reduce waste. They are also effective for delicate applications where preserving the substrate is critical.
I’m curious to know — has anyone here implemented laser stripping in their workflow? How does it compare in efficiency and cost-effectiveness to more conventional methods in your experience?

While the equipment cost is higher upfront, it can be more cost-effective long-term due to savings on labor, materials, and rework.
