    Hi,

I have used this provider sometimes and It's fantastic.

Now, I have changed the computer but I can not use this provider.

My operating system is Windows 10 64 bits. Too I have installed Microsoft Excel 2007 with SP3.

I configure the connection to Pentaho via XMLA without problems. Then I set the parameters I see the cubes. Then appear the panel with dimensions and measures. If I select some measure the value is shown but If I try see the members on the dimensions an error appear.

    The message says:

Unable to get the necessary information about this cube . It is possible that the cube has been reorganized or changed on the server.

You can see the screen capture in this link http://snag.gy/cKpin.jpg

    Thank you.
    Regards

    Hi,

We have just released a new version with a lot of improvements so, first of all make sure you install the new release.

In order to help with your particular problem we suggest that you install Fiddler2 from here http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler/fiddler2 . In order to use it you should:

    1. Close Excel.
    2. Start Fiddler2.
    3. Start Excel and try to connect

We would like to see the trace from there.

Just as a heads-up: This is the first support case for Excel 2007. Maybe you can upgrade to 2010?

    Thanks.

Common issues could include connectivity problems, incorrect input or query formatting, or access restrictions. Start by checking your internet connection and ensuring that the information you're seeking is available and correctly formatted. If the error persists, consider clearing your cache, trying a different browser or tool, or consulting the help or support section of the service leveling kits you're using. If the issue is technical, reaching out to customer support with details of the error message can help resolve the problem more effectively.

If you're encountering the message "Error to get information", it typically means the system or application you're using was unable to retrieve the necessary data due to a connectivity issue, incorrect configuration, or server-side failure. This error can appear in various contexts, such as web apps, APIs, or software tools remini mod apk download, and often suggests that a request for information could not be completed. To resolve the issue, ensure that your internet connection is stable, verify that all credentials and access permissions are correctly set, and check if the server or data source is currently available.

The error likely means the cube structure has changed or been reorganized on the server. Try clearing Excel’s cache, check your user permissions on the cube, and confirm with your admin whether any changes were made. If you are working remotely or need to visit someone for support, finding a local taxi near me can save time. Also, Excel 2007 might have compatibility issues; testing with a newer version could help.
