    Hi,

I'm trying to use XMLA connect and Excel 2016 CUBE-Functions to get data from a Pentaho BI-Server 5.2 / Mondrian 3 cube. Everything works fine. When I save the file and open it again Excel shows a warning that the file is corrupted. If I choose to repair it, it says (translated from German):

    Removed Feature: PivotTable /xl/pivotCache/pivotCacheDefinition2.xml-Part (PivotTable-Cache)
Removed Records: Properties of the workbook /xl/workbook.xml-Part (Workbook)

If I only use pivot tables the file does not get corrupted.

If your Excel file is corrupted and contains CUBE functions, it's possible that these advanced functions—used for querying data from OLAP cubes or Power Pivot models—contributed to the file's instability. CUBE functions, such as CUBEMEMBER, CUBEVALUE, and CUBEKPIMEMBER, often rely on external data connections and complex data models. If these connections are broken, improperly configured, or if the workbook becomes too large or complex, the file may become corrupted. This corruption can lead to errors upon opening the file, loss of functionality, or complete inaccessibility Royal Dream speeder APK. To prevent this, it is important to regularly back up your work, ensure stable data connections, and keep the workbook size manageable by optimizing formulas and data structures.

CUBE functions in Excel can be powerful for data analysis, but when they glitch or corrupt a file, it’s a serious productivity setback—especially if backups aren’t in place. In our experience as a dental box packaging manufacturer, we understand how critical precision and reliability are, whether in data or in packaging. Just like wet press pulp trays wholesale a corrupted Excel file can derail a report, poorly made dental packaging boxes can damage product presentation or even compromise hygiene. That’s why we emphasize consistency, quality control, and detail in every packaging order—whether it’s for aligners, whitening kits, or dental tools. We help dental professionals present their products with confidence and clarity, just like clean, functional spreadsheets support good decision-making.

CUBE functions in Excel, such as CUBEVALUE, CUBEMEMBER, and CUBEKPIMEMBER, are powerful tools for retrieving data from OLAP cubes and data models. However, improper use or compatibility issues can sometimes lead to a corrupt Excel file. This can happen when CUBE functions reference unavailable data sources of Whatsapp Plus Rojo, contain circular references, or when the file is opened in an environment that doesn't support the required data connection.
