#11 Generated code is invalid in case DTD contains Java keywords

In case the name of an element matches a Java keyword
(such as 'final') the generated code will be invalid
since the created field name of classes referencing
one or more elements of the 'keyword element type'
will match the keyword which is not permitted, e.g.:

The DTD element definition
...
<!ELEMENT Final EMPTY>
...

will be result in a class 'Final' which might in other
classes be referenced by fields named 'final' which is
invalid.
