First release

This is the first release of XML::DB. It works, in the sense that it should pass its own tests with (slightly patched versions of) Xindice1.0 and eXist0.8 (see BUGS). It has not yet been used with real data in a production environment, and there are surely lots of bugs left. Try at your own risk :-)
